List of you ever in the area… scratch that just come down to the Edmondson ave. Location and get treated like a regular customer

- CWCynthia WhiteFeb 9, 20262.0I am at a frequent customer at this location. The attendants are friendly and helpful. I love fact that you can dry for free. The reason I gave them to stars because they allow ppl to leave there clothes in the dryers for hours and unattended. How I know this is true because I was there on Super Bowl Sunday and it was crowded and no dryers were available. So, I left and returned later to see the same clothes in the dryers . I went over to the dryers to see how long they hadn't been in use by touching the glass door and glass was extremely cold. So, I went over to the attendant Francis and asked him if he could remove the clothes because they have been in the dryers for awhile and he refused. It appears that he is afraid of the customers but he doesn't have a problem asking ppl to give him a good review.. This practice is very annoying and a form of harassment. I eventually washed my clothes and noticed that clothes that were there earlier was still the dryers. I went over the counter and told Ms Inez that no dryers were available due the dryers had clothes that been there for awhile. Ms Inez went over to the dryers and removed the clothing from several dryers so that I could dry my clothes and get to work on time. I would give Ms Inez 10 stars if I could. She was very professional in handling the situation and kept a smile on her face while addressing the issue. This is what you call great customer service. If this establishment continues to allow ppl to contine these practices they will lose business
