It took about 10 minutes to get 3 keys made. I gave 4 stars because the kiosk had a loose credit card reader. I was a little reluctant to use it because I couldn't tell if it had been tampered with or just got bumped and damaged when the kiosk was delivered. It still took my payment without issue though. Another reason why I gave 4 stars was that 1 out of the 3 keys I copied from the same key pattern ended up not working on the lock when I did a quality check. Next time, I'll probably opt for the edge smoothing upgrade. Overall, great service!
