She’s not only professional and talented but also extremely intuitive when it comes to suggestions. She took her time to understand the measurements, my priorities (like preferring more drawers over hanging space), and then got right to work. The design she came up with was spot-on and exactly what I had in mind but hadn’t been able to figure out how to execute. She was super quick to show me how different tweaks would look, and she was so kind and patient when I asked her to undo most changes and stick with her original design. A week later, she even helped me update the color scheme. It’s almost funny how I’d been dealing with this awful closet setup for so long, and all it took was one visit with Narissa to fix everything. Everyone else at the Annapolis location was also really friendly and helpful while we were browsing around.
