  I've had a wonderful experience with the RH in Annapolis the past few days. Between several phone calls and in person visits to try to pin down complicated details regarding international shipping, I have gotten impeccable support! Betty, Brittany, Isabella, Shannon and so many others have been incredibly helpful both in person and also on the phone. I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name! I'd like to better call everyone out!

  I have a hard time finding something in the store that I don't like! The designers are always excellent too!

  Currently working with design consultant, Holly Trakas. My experience has been excellent- she listens well, has a good feel for my vision, has been very responsive, sets good expectations, and has had great follow up/ follow through. Have enjoyed working with her and their team at this store. Breath of fresh air after having a negative experience at the Tysons Corner Store in Virginia. We run a successful business that has been built on good customer service- so when I receive that same kind of service, I REALLY appreciate it... She deserves to be recognized!
