We only have a problem with the price point and the difference in fabrics. It’s strange to us that they make fabrics that are utterly user unfriendly. They specifically steered us away from a fabric we loved because it was new and they said it would not be pet friendly (we don’t have pets). I think for the price most fabrics minus the top tier should work for a family. We also wish that the upgrade to storage wasn’t so much since it makes sense in the furniture since it’s sitting empty anyway. Our couch shipped in one order (5 sides, 5 seats) and arrived in one week which was great! Pluses and minuses, so far we love our big soft couch that can grow with our needs.
