We had a specific color in mind and a material that did not allow dog hair to stick so easily, and he recommended the Mondo Ultra Velvet, which he showed us in store and explained why he recommended it (we ordered this based on his recommendation). Reggie is an absolute professional, managing his time between customers with the greatest manners an individual can have. It was getting busy and he still made our family feel like we had the necessary attention we needed. Extremely happy with our interaction at the showroom, as it led to an immediate sale. Reggie is a treasure of an employee, and we were lucky to have had our Lovesac Showroom experience with him.

I would give it 5 stars except the staff working the local store in this latest transaction, we've had several, were not up to the same standard as prior representatives. Though they were busy they seemed bored and inattentive which resulted in the getting the order shipping incorrect and delayed our entire purchase considerably
