  I had a great experience. The salesman Trey set me up with the designer Ruth. She made a home visit and I was pleasantly impressed with Ruth’s design style and the ideas she came up with for my space. She realized my taste and created a wonderful design. It was great to have Ruth create a drawing to scale and to see exactly how everything will fit. I cannot wait until everything arrives!

  Mr. Shrum was delightful to work with in choosing our LaZBoy furniture. He was so thorough and patient and kind answering all of our concerns and questions, yet we did not feel pressured. We also appreciated his good taste in helping to pair fabrics with the beautiful leather sofa we picked out. 100% will buy from Mr. Shrum again!

  This is an absolutely beautiful store, and it has such a homey, bright, and comfortable vibe. My husband and I visited La-Z-Boy because we were looking for a reclining sofa and loveseat. Fairly soon after walking in, we were approached and greeted by Trey. Within a few minutes, it was like he was a good friend of ours. He was very easy to talk to and fun to talk to, as well. I found just what I was looking for while I was there, and we made our purchase within an hour or less. Our sofa and loveseat were in stock in the most beautiful and comfy fabric and could be delivered immediately. I don’t think I’ve ever completed a purchase as big as this so quickly, but La-Z-Boy had just what I wanted and at a very good price as it was their Black Friday sale week. We’re very happy that we found what we wanted—and within our budget! By the way, as a side note, we had intended to visit several furniture stores, and before visiting La-Z-Boy, we had been to Bob’s Furniture. That’s a very nice store, too, and we had actually found something there that we liked but were very unsure of the quality of it and whether or not it would stand up to more than four or five years of use. When it comes to La-Z-Boy, though, you can never be in doubt of the quality and service that they offer!

  I have never experienced service this appallingly bad. The staff at La-Z-Boy in Annapolis were not just unhelpful—they were outright rude, accusatory, and hostile. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as if I were trying to commit fraud—apparently buying a recliner is a high-stakes crime—and the manager and sales team were immediately argumentative and dismissive. It was shocking to encounter such unprofessional behavior at a store that should be known for customer care. Instead, it felt like an interrogation, with zero effort to provide assistance or basic courtesy. Visiting this Annapolis location was stressful, humiliating, and completely unnecessary. I strongly warn anyone considering this store: avoid it at all costs unless you want to be treated disrespectfully.

  There is a fine line between professional sales and being annoying, Alan would do well to take more training. I asked the guy if they are having a veterans day sale, he said, i dont when veterans day is. As a veteran he lost the sale at that point. I tried to purchase some small items and this guy refused to ring it up without getting all my data, eventhough I was paying cash. I had to speak to a manager, and then after that they did have any bags. Huh? $3,000 for a recliner but no bags?
