It worked for less than five minutes so a maintenance tech zoom call was set up for a week later. Then parts were ordered and a tech was scheduled for a repair but cancelled and rescheduled for 3 weeks later. At this point, we’ve had a brand new chair that has worked for one day. We are frustrated. We are hopeful that after the repair, the chair works without issue.
