  I knew what I wanted when I went in the store. I was shown different recliners and was told the differences in them allowing me to make an informed decision. I wanted a print fabric to match what I currently have and they were very helpful.

  From the minute we walked into La-Z-Boy in Annapolis, Maryland, we were greeted with 5 Star service! My husband and I went into the store looking for 2 new sofas. Not even 5 minutes in, we were approached by store employee, Alan. Alan was AMAZING from our first conversation until our sale was complete! He is knowledgeable, respectful, and incredibly talented! He listened to us, understood our needs and guided us to exactly what we were looking for! Alan arranged for Ruth (one of La-Z-Boy’s very gifted designers) to come to our home and see the space where the new sofas would go. While visiting our home, Ruth gave us the BEST advice according to how we live and function in our home. She measured, took pictures and took notes. A few days later we met Ruth back at the store to “view” our sofa choices (and a few other items) in a virtual tour of our home. My husband and I were completely shocked at Ruth’s professional presentation! Alan joined Ruth to add his expertise to the presentation. Alan and Ruth were an AMAZING team to work with! We feel so lucky to have walked into La-Z-Boy when we did! Alan and Ruth are a design team you can trust! They both LISTEN to you, understand your needs and then move forward giving you a one-of-a-kind shopping experience! We HIGHLY recommend La-Z-Boy in Annapolis, Maryland for all your furniture shopping!

  We bought a lift recliner in December to keep my husband who had Parkinson's comfortable. Unfortunately, he died 3 weeks later. When I contacted LaZBoy to see if I could return the chair for either partial credit or an exchange with another piece of furniture since no one in our family had use for a lift recliner any more, the company offered sympathy but no credit or exchange, advising me to "sell it on Facebook Marketplace".

  My husband and I went into Lazy Boy browsing seating furniture as ours was 15+ years old. We had also purchased our sectional and recliner from Lazy Boy. We had a fantastic salesperson, Melissa. She spent time showing us different styles of sectionals and recliners. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. We walked out after we purchased not only a new sectional and recliner but new tables and coffee table and a rug! Melissa helped us pick out material for the recliner to be upholstered in. Needless to say our experience was great! Highly recommend Lazy Boy!
