This is a real review here. I sign up and use the service. Their schedule sucks, I have to call them up for service in the summer time because they forget to come. And in the winter I still see ant come into my home. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!!

Despite several visits, the only treatment they provided was spraying around the house and setting outdoor traps. The infestation actually got worse — at one point, I had hundreds of wasps flying inside. When I called for help, a technician came back but repeated the same surface treatment. I asked if they could remove the nest directly, and he said he wasn’t licensed to do that. The office manager later blamed me for “refusing service” and was rude and dismissive. I ended up paying a $199 cancellation fee just to end the contract. Ineffective service, poor communication, and no accountability. Save your money — look elsewhere.
