    Stopped in at 9 pm, store was very quiet, easy to navigate. The app was useful as an item i was looking for was on an endcap which I may have missed otherwise.

    Kim Miller in the kitchen design department was a total joy to work with. If anyone is considering kitchen remodeling, I would highly recommend Kim. I hardly ever leave reviews but she gave us a wonderful experience through the process and helped us make smart, informed decisions wherever she could. Thank you, Kim!

    A few days ago, I accidentally bought around twelve peppermint seed packs because I thought I was buying basil. Since I paid in cash and no longer had the receipt, I went to Lowe’s customer service today to return them. The cashier told me that according to Lowe’s policy, they could not give me a refund, store credit, exchange, or any other option. While I understand store policies, what was unacceptable was the way I was treated. The cashier was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, the assistant store manager, Hassan Halliday, came over and behaved in the same aggressive and disrespectful manner. Instead of trying to handle the situation professionally, he told me they would not help and ordered me to leave the store. This kind of behavior damages the reputation of a major company like Lowe’s. Policies are one thing, but treating customers with disrespect is never acceptable. I hope this matter is taken seriously and customer service standards are improved.

    Whoever was working at the customer service desk on 4/7/26 around 5pm has zero care what customer needs. She lied to me because she didn’t want to do her job properly to check on something then when I call back she had zero care didn’t even apologize about the situation. TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES BETTER or maybe hire better people that are capable of handling small simple stock checks. And care about the customers

    Acquired Husqvarna chainsaw helmet and chaps from Lowe’s to support Mason-Dixon trail maintenance. Equipment was excellent and helps protect our trail maintainers who volunteer to keep the MDT accessible to the community. Want to express our appreciation to the Lowes Manager and Lowes for their support of the MDT System and those who labor tirelessly on its behalf.
