However the staff, particularly Shelly whoever she is, is rude and deflects when you try to ask about pricing. I’ve had my unit for 2.5 yrs now and have been paying $144/month for a long time, at least the last year. Just now was getting around to calling to see why I’m paying so much money for a tiny 5x5 storage unit when the rates online are vastly different (they’re intro rates is the answer there). When I rounded my rate up when speaking to her to $150… instead of going right to a solution she proceeds to argue that I’m not paying $150, I’m paying $144 🤣.. yes, let’s split hairs over a $6 difference when the point is, you know damn well I was rounding up, and your storage units are outrageously expensive.. 144/150.. the point is ITS EXPENSIVE. She also read me my payments over the last year or so.. like yeah girl I’m well aware what I’m paying that’s why I’m calling you!!! Why are you telling me what I was paying initially and what I’ve been paying .. my pint is you are TOO EXPENSIVE. She also kept talking over me like a teenager so, instead of keeping my business here, it’s going elsewhere. They raise your rates every 7 to 8 months. And if you’re more than 5 days late on a payment, regardless of whether you’ve been on time every other month, you’re paying $30 extra dollars. Just to keep customers informed. I’d look into other storage units if I were you .
