  Ms. Bernie is absolutely wonderful to work with! She makes sure everything goes smoothly which is a big relief when you have a lot going on with your move. The facility is clean and well cared for. The units are climate controlled. It is easily accessible and I would highly recommend it!!!!

  I had the best experience. Mrs. Bernie is such a caring and polite person. With an awesome personality. She made the rental process and the check-in process very easy. With an added tour of the facility. I will definitely be recommeding family and friends to extra space storage. Thank you so much Mrs Bernie.

  I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage Governor’s Ct thanks to Ms. B. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and easy for me. Choosing this location was truly a no-brainer because of her outstanding customer service. One of the best features is that you can drive right up to your unit, which is extremely convenient. The facility is also very clean and new, which made me feel confident storing my belongings there. Ms. B is absolutely amazing at her job, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage services.

  Very friendly and helpful. They showed me a unit that was available before I signed up. I wanted to see the difference between a 5 x 10 and a 10 x 5. I was also able to get a unit right next to the elevator which has been very helpful. However there have been a few hiccups. Tag is still on my unit so it looks like it has not been rented. I was told it would be cleaned out before I moved it but there was still bugs on the floor. My code did not work the 2 times I went there in the morning before the office opened. Once I brought it to the attention of the office it was fixed. It had to do with corporate not with the office. They called me when it was fixed. I did not complain about the bugs ( not really a big deal, I was just told it would be taken care of) and I have not said anything about the tag. So those things are on me. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. I feel safe dropping my stuff off at all different times of the day. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Hiccups happen and as long as they get resolved quickly I am happy with that.
