    Called before arriving, came in first to inspect how the move might go, friendly people and gave friendly suggestions as where it should go

    The sales process was very good although there was a glitch in the computer system to print our receipt but they told us we could and they would email it to us. By the time we got home we had the email with the receipt. The delivery team was excellent. They were in and out in about 20 minutes and very courteous!!

    Working with the sales person went mostly okay, but I wasn’t informed of savings opportunities until after I paid, and only because I asked about a poster. Also wasn’t asked whether I needed hoses or hook up. Delivery Was fast and went incredibly smoothly.

    Had a very nice rep help out with picking a mattress. We tried it out for about 80 days and didn't love it, so went to swap it out. They were true to their word on the 90 day guarantee and it was very easy to select another mattress.

    My sales rep never answered my emails after I received orders I was unhappy with. I paid large amount of money for pillows I didn’t even get. And my concern went unanswered by the brick employees. I’m stuck with a 3GS bed I don’t even like. And my paper work for this is a complete mess and when I asked for it to be corrected they do not respond.
