I have been dealing with Shivani at the Brick Winnipeg located at 1487 Regent Ave. She is an amazing 🤩 person. Beyond the regular customer service. She is professional, ahead of the game and know how to interact with customers. It feels like talking to a good friend. This is my second time doing business with Shivani , and she is definately my favorite person at the Brick. If I need to buy again, which I will in a few months, I will go to the Brick store where I live, to make my selection, and will call Shivani to order directly from her. She is fantastic . The Brick Management, please be advised that Shivani is a great asset to the Brick . Keep up the great work 👏🤩

I had a great experience with Benson’s customer service. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood everything clearly.
Benson went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, and his positive attitude made the experience even better. He is a really good person to deal with, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.
I highly recommend working with Benson if you want excellent service and support.

I purchased a washer and dryer from The Brick, and the washer was delivered with a smashed plug.
I contacted them immediately and sent photos. A representative named Veerpal responded the same day and said a technician would be arranged as soon as possible. Initially, I felt reassured.
After a few days with no update, I followed up and was told the part needed to be ordered (2–3 business days), and that a technician would be scheduled once it arrived. I agreed to wait.
Those days passed with no communication.
From there, the experience went downhill:
-I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates.
-I was told it was now up to the technician to contact me, but no one ever did.
-I asked about reselection and asked multiple separate times to speak with a manager.
-My emails were either ignored or met with delays and new requests (like asking again for the serial number 10 days after I was told the part arrived).
-I was eventually told the parts order and request for technician had been sent to “head office” with no timeline for resolution.
At that point, it had been an entire month without a working washer.
Only after contacting their online chat did I finally hear from someone within 2 hours and get a resolution. A replacement is now scheduled for delivery.
While I appreciate that this was eventually resolved (nevermind, see edit below), the process to get there was terrible. No customer should have to chase a company for weeks just to fix a product that arrived damaged.
I will not be purchasing from The Brick again.
EDIT: THEY SHOWED UP WITH A DRYER, NOT A WASHING MACHINE. THE SEGA CONTINUES. Visited the Brick in-person after this additional mistake. Veerpal blamed it on her coworker for filling out the paperwork incorrectly. Fingers crossed we get this finally settled tomorrow when they try delivery again, buy honestly, I have little faith. Definitely save yourself the time, money, and stress and just shop anywhere else.

I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere. My experience began with a botched delivery; despite waiting weeks to have a mattress and frame sent to the Regent location together, they ended up at opposite ends of the city (St. James and Regent). I had to spend my own time and gas doing the job I paid them to do.
To make matters worse, the bed frame was defective. The holes were drilled 4 inches off-center, making the frame completely slanted. Because it was already in a basement and nearly impossible to move back out, we had to drill the holes ourselves just to make it work.
When I contacted customer service, they were completely dismissive. I’ve asked for a manager three times now—they won’t give a name and nobody has called me back. It is pathetic that a company of this size won’t back up their product or even offer a simple follow-up. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of money.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
