- GHGary Hill3 days ago1.0We purchased a leather chair. The store screwed up on the purchase. When I told them all they would say is sorry. Would not change to what we agreed about. Was supposed to receive a kit to keep leather soft. Did not receive that. They were very unprofessional. Would not recommend buying from this store. Have purchased from Ellice store no problem. Have purchased from their Brick store on Regent with no problem.

Pay you this kind of money and nobody has the brains to call and say hey we can’t deliver for whatever reason. I could have be there in minutes before your delivery team just up and left.

They now won’t even respond to my emails and we are half way through March of 2026. 7 months have gone by, still no part and now no communication from them. They had no problem selling me the 5000$ sectional but now that they have my money they won’t even respond to an email nevermind fulfill their part of the transaction. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!
