    Among the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had received a defective piece of furniture that took over 2 months for them to remove from my home. A furniture technician was needed to verify that the furniture was indeed defective and ruined the piece even further in attempt to assemble it. All of this and they were still hesitant to give me a refund. I would advise anyone in the market for furniture to look elsewhere and avoid any headaches this place could potentially give you.

    Bought this dryer from Leon’s for my mother who lives 40 km outside of the city Leon delivered it for a very good price and the gentleman that did deliver. It did a fantastic job polite, and delivered it right inside the house and put it where it needed to be. Great job Leon.

    I am Leon ‘s costumer since 2020 and I also refer my other friends and family members. Yesterday, I had a poor customer service experience. I booked two mattresses and I asked them if they would give both of them to my delivery guy. They said they would and I even confirmed just to be sure before leaving the store. After passing off one mattress to the delivery guy, they told him it’s “good to go”. When I returned to the store to resolve this issue, the staff was rude and dismissive, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility, contradicting with what they said before. Sales person lady refused to help me on this issue. If there are multiple bills, a sales person should combine the bills before handing over to warehouse workers to avoid any confusion. I am very disappointed that they failed to fulfill the request and refused to take responsibility for the mistake.

    Worst place to purchase furniture. I've learned the hard way. Purchased 'most selling recliner' from this store 6 months ago and already needs parts replaced. Technician came in looked and advised new push switch. Was told will let me know once they have the part. That was 3 weeks ago and when I checked today, I was told that the technician did submit the request, but the manager to approve has been on holidays and will only be back this Tuesday. Like how the heck is that my problem?. Do you expect you customers to wait for your service while you are on your holidays. Parts will be ordered on Tuesday once the manager is back and now I need to wait for another month for part to arrive. Good job Leons. Won't recommend to anyone. #worstcustomerexperience

    We purchased a round dining table from Leon’s and went to pick it up today. Unfortunately, our experience with the pickup team was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the staff were not helpful and were quite rude. They refused to unassemble the table, even though it is nearly impossible to fit a round dining table into a car when it is fully assembled. What made the situation even more frustrating is that just yesterday we picked up another dining set from the same place and the team kindly helped us unassemble it and even assisted in loading it into our car. It felt like clear partiality in how customers were treated. After arguing for nearly an hour, they finally gave us some tools to unassemble the table ourselves. Even then, the tools were not properly provided. We had to stand outside in the snow and struggle to take the table apart on our own. When we finally managed to unassemble it, the pickup team still did not help us load it into the car, even though assisting customers with pickup should be part of their responsibility. Eventually, the table did not fit in our car, and the staff simply closed the doors without even asking if we needed further assistance. We were left standing outside in the snow, and the table was literally outside rolling in the snow. No one even asked if they could move it inside while we arranged another vehicle. I don’t believe this is how customer service should work. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
