From there on he helped us through the process of getting a new couch, Never put us off or left us hanging he would respond quickly if there was a question. I have my new couch now & we are very happy all in all with the turnout. I may add that this person was not only helpful but a true gentleman at all times. Would highly recommend this store on Pembina with their great customer service. A pleasure to do business at this store!
