While looking at Rona found two boxes are opened and no tubelight inside and an open tubelight with all the cord or cable & covered plastic left just beside it . I was not quite sure, it belongs to that box or the some other box . I just want to see the level of brightness so walk through the customer service and all were kind of busy in talking each other & finally an east Indian lady close by show up to help us , We simply ask if they can able to plug in to find out how bright the light is … she replied “There is no point to plug in as this is light I have got it from the Demo shelf ”. But actually it was beside the open box and i am not tall enough to get a tube light from your demo shelf which I believe 8 or 9 feet from the floor & you can reach with a laadder And btw all tubelight on the demo shelf were fixed nothing was left that need to fix it Also asked about other lights and she replied we have not in stock & will get after 7 to 10 days and when we asked how many lumens for the light , Without looking much details replied has a same lumens what we are looking for… which is totally incorrect as we found later once she left was different lumens. Noticed again while leaving ladies at front were busy in talking but they don’t have time to dig into detail to answer our concerns . We feel we were not treated well as a customer and we realized not so important for them to look after . So finally we left and purchased one from home depot. Needless to mention got a great customer serivce by young lady there. BTW we went to other Rona store on kenaston yesterday and was treated well by one of the east Indian lady over there. But based on this we don’t think we should visit this store again

I found this note on my seat when I got back. Whoever left this note definitely made my day much better. Thanks for your help and kindness! Hope you have a great life.
- MRMarcel RFeb 6, 20261.0I’m writing this review a bit late, as this incident happened a few weeks ago, but it’s still bothering me. I went into RONA in a rush to get some keys made. I stood at the key desk for about 20–30 minutes. There were two employees behind the counter — one working on a machine and the other seemingly acting as a lookout or safety person. Both of them saw me standing there. Neither asked if I needed help. They looked at me, turned away, and continued on without acknowledging me at all. At one point, i even asked another employee if anyone was working the key area, and he pointed out that the “safety guy” standing right there was the one responsible. That employee continued to ignore me. After waiting almost half an hour, I finally walked out in frustration. As I was leaving, I noticed there was another key machine that appeared to be almost self-serve. If that’s what they expected me to use, no one explained that to me. I had no idea it was an option. I wasted a significant amount of time, received no customer service, and left feeling very upset and ignored. A simple “Can I help you?” would have avoided all of this. Very disappointing experience

When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. Can I rent a truck at this location?
Yes. We offer truck rentals at this location. To reserve a truck, please contact the store directly. Availability may be limited, especially during peak seasons, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm before visiting.
How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
