We made it VERY clear that we needed the furniture before Christmas, as we are hosting a party. He assured us that it would arrive on time, that was the only reason we agreed to buy it. Well… I really should’ve checked their Google reviews first, because it seems this is a common problem. No callbacks, no updates, no ETA, and constant excuses. The worst part? My sofa isn’t just delayed, it’s not even in Canada yet, even though it was supposed to be at my house already. I’ve been trying to reach him for days, and every time I call, I’m told he’s “off” or “with customers.” No accountability, no follow-up, nothing. Not recommending this store at all, especially if you’re expecting honest timelines or basic customer service. Save yourself the stress. Edit: We started getting follow-ups after this review, I deleted salesman name from this review. Will remove/fix stars once we will be recompensed by the store.

She immediately explained how to read the tags to know what the had and what you would have to wait for. Great service and my new dryer will be in my home two days after purchase. Was at the Brick across the street and was looking at the dryers their forc20 minutes. I knew ew exactly what I wanted and no one helped me. When I was leaving the associate asked if I needed anything. I said you should have asked 20 minutes ago. The Brick zero stars. Leon's 10 stars. I need a new mattress soon I know where I am going for that!

There was a small issue and Evan was on top of it and got the technician to my house quickly and it was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. I bought a bed with Evan as well and he was very patient while I chose; took me a week or two. Unfortunately, I had a medical issue with the bed that I got (allergic reaction) but I have to say Management was very understanding and removed the bed very quickly and gave me a full refund. I have yet to find another bed! I had that brand before and it was fine so I am not sure what changed. However, I will say I did receive excellent customer service from the management and support staff as well as Evan. This unfortunate incident had nothing to do with Leon’s and I am very appreciative of their quick handling of an urgent situation. I really can’t say enough good things about Evan. He’s very patient, knowledgeable, professional, kind and he does not just say anything to get you to purchase. I am glad to have met him. The store itself is spacious, clean, bright, and inviting. Parking is easily accessible and plentiful. I would purchase here again!
