We waited almost one month to get the OSLO sofa and were extremely excited until the delivery day finally came. As soon as the delivery guy entered, he said I needed to sign a waiver because the sofa would supposedly get dirty 100% and they would not be able to bring it into the unit because it ‘wouldn’t fit,’ even though the sofa height is 29 inches and our main and unit doors are 36 inches. They said they needed to remove the box and plastic to bring it in, which makes no sense. As a result, we had to send the furniture back to the store and cancel the order. We will not use Leon’s again Even the supervisor and the salesperson were confused because they truly believed it would fit. Such a worst experience!!!

The delivery person was courteous, refusing to bring the dirty dolly into my home, but still delivering my mattress to the correct room in my home manually. He was kind and professional. The mattress itself is wonderful!

Delivery efficient but delivery fellows proceeded to put the cardboard boxes containing legs for the bed and other hardware on the dresser without regard for the things on the dresser ( runner, china figure etc). They should be instructed to put the boxes on the floor. This happened before I had time to object.

I was able to track the drivers online and knew how many stops they had before me. Delivery personnel were respectful of my home, removing my old washer and delivering the new one without issue. No complaints here.

Our only disappointment was that our original purchase was sold when it was scheduled to be delivered to us. So we really had no choice but to accept the reorder and delivery at a later date. I still don’t understand how something that was already sold and set for delivery could be resold to someone else. The compensation of $100 in store credit was rather inadequate and disappointing. 5 stars for Svtlana and delivery gentlemen. Ellice location
