  The delivery app was so detailed and they arrived within the expected time frame. Both men were super polite and helpful. The entire process took under 5 minutes. It was a great experience!!

  Thank you for the chair. Great guys delivering! The chair does have a little orange stain on the front, its a while chair. Beautiful chair though :) I'll be in touch with you. I am not worried, I know you'll take care of it.

  Very disappointing experience at Leon’s pickup. We purchased a round dining table, but the pickup team refused to help unassemble it, even though it was impossible to fit into our car while assembled. The staff were rude and unhelpful. After arguing for almost an hour, they finally gave us tools and we had to stand outside in the snow to unassemble the table ourselves. Even after that, they did not help load it into the car. When it didn’t fit, they simply closed the doors without asking if we needed assistance. We were left standing in the snow and the table was left outside. This is not the kind of customer service anyone expects.

  We purchased a round dining table from Leon’s and went to pick it up today. Unfortunately, our experience with the pickup team was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the staff were not helpful and were quite rude. They refused to unassemble the table, even though it is nearly impossible to fit a round dining table into a car when it is fully assembled. What made the situation even more frustrating is that just yesterday we picked up another dining set from the same place and the team kindly helped us unassemble it and even assisted in loading it into our car. It felt like clear partiality in how customers were treated. After arguing for nearly an hour, they finally gave us some tools to unassemble the table ourselves. Even then, the tools were not properly provided. We had to stand outside in the snow and struggle to take the table apart on our own. When we finally managed to unassemble it, the pickup team still did not help us load it into the car, even though assisting customers with pickup should be part of their responsibility. Eventually, the table did not fit in our car, and the staff simply closed the doors without even asking if we needed further assistance. We were left standing outside in the snow, and the table was literally outside rolling in the snow. No one even asked if they could move it inside while we arranged another vehicle. I don’t believe this is how customer service should work. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

  The sale person at the store was very nice and knowledgeable about the furniture. The delivery guys were were ontime as per the apt. They were fast and efficient as well very personalable. Around a good experience.
