  So I bought a couch & chair that I fell in love with only to discover there was a defect within the couch, I called JYSK & they referred me to the store manager named Jaimin.He was very polite from the start, he had to come by the house to take a look & saw immediately there definitely was an issue. From there on he helped us through the process of getting a new couch, Never put us off or left us hanging he would respond quickly if there was a question. I have my new couch now & we are very happy all in all with the turnout. I may add that this person was not only helpful but a true gentleman at all times. Would highly recommend this store on Pembina with their great customer service. A pleasure to do business at this store!

  I Purchased a few home items at Jysk Pembina. There are so many nice items, for indoor and outdoor! Lots of outside patio furniture and decor. I had not been in awhile and was very impressed by the selection and amount of different home items.

  I had a fantastic experience shopping at this JYSK location. A huge shoutout to Jaimin, who was absolutely brilliant and helped me navigate the entire process. I came in with some specific ideas for a sectional and a few other pieces, and he helped me find everything exactly the way I was looking for. What really impressed me was his deep understanding of color combinations—he knew exactly how to balance the right fabrics with my floor tones and dark accent walls to make the space work. Excellent customer service and a really smooth, stress-free shopping experience. Highly recommend asking for Jaimin if you visit!

  I had a great experience buying furniture at JYSK. Jaimin was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and explained all options clearly without any pressure. His customer service and honest approach made the whole buying process smooth and comfortable.

  Excellent experience! I went in there looking for a bed, and Tammy there was super helpfull☺️ I'll be picking up the bed, and mattress in a week, but in the meantime, Tammy also sold me on some linens and pillows aswell. Lovley store, with very friendly and helpfull staff.
