I contacted Melanie Costa, the manager at Access Storage South Winnipeg, and she helped me through the entire process. It was quick and easy, and she has been incredibly kind from the very beginning. Her communication has been excellent and very thoughtful. Even though I live in Panama City, Panama, she arranged everything for me so the whole process could be smooth, even while I’m outside the country.

I've never rented a unit before but Melanie thoroughly explained the whole process, gave a tour of site and answered all my questions.
