- LKLarry KohutDec 24, 20255.0Overall, the facility is good. They are very diligent regarding pest control with numerous traps in the hallways. However, there are two things to be aware of: 1. They will push to have you buy their insurance if you don’t have any other insurance such as home owner’s coverage. They don’t like it, but you can simply opt out their insurance and sign a waiver declining it and assuming responsibility. 2. If you are using them for long term insurance, they raise the rental rates arbitrarily every so often.
