- BHBK Hall3 days ago4.0Overall, we had a very good experience with storing our things recently over the past eight (8) months. We had used same storage facility for three (3) months in 2024. The facility and grounds were always kept clean and tidy. We found on both rental occasions the staff was polite, efficient and responsive to all our questions. Accessibility to our locker was very good as was the overall site security. On August 28th 2025, there was an announced rental increase of 13.5% which was disappointing. When considering renting a storage unit, be mindful of the standard 28 day monthly rental billing period. Also, the period refund process can be problematic to maneuver when deciding on a date to leave your unit. Customers should be prepared to augment the establishments’ ability to maintain rodent control for the unit. Wooden pallets are helpful rather than placing locker contents directly onto the concrete floor. In general, we would recommend Access storage to others but with some suggestions as mentioned.
