This year, under more family circumstances (downsizing parent) Melanie C., manager of the location of my unit, expedited my contract immediately under somewhat urgent circumstances. She also ensured my satisfaction by arranging an alternate unit when it became necessary after the “panic” had passed and I realized that the need exceeded the initial rental. She did the paperwork three times in three days, all with a smile! My experience allowed me to solve my time issue with total satisfaction and peace of mind! Thank you Melanie!
