  Bought a Whirlpool range from this store and its a complete piece of crap. Oven element burnt out within the first month and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a repair person out to "diagnose" the problem. We were told that the convection oven could still be used, however it does not. Had a casserole in the oven for 3 hours last night and it still came out raw. Whirlpool will not resolve this issue and Leon's doesn't seem interested in replacing the oven (which would be the easy thing to do). And yes, I know that Whirlpool covers the first year of warranty after purchase, but with spending $1348.00 on an oven at this store, I would expect Leon's to replace the stove because this one is complete crap and does not work.

  Came in to buy a washer/dryer set. Asked the sales rep to show us and explain the good/bad/ugly of new washer/dryer sets and what we should look for in a set. Sales rep (little older guy wanna say Jeff?) basically just liked to hear himself talk about absolutely nothing…I woulda learnt more information asking Siri …needless to say we learnt absolutely nothing from the sales rep left almost with a headache from listening to his bullshit and went to a store that could actually answer our questions truthfully and purchased elsewhere.

  I was ready to make a purchase and in process of paying. When I questioned how I felt mislead by sale, I was treated so poorly by salesman and when I said expressed this he said he didn't care. This use to be my store of choice but will not return.

  Unfortunate experience. Bought new mattresses and asked a few times to make sure I also purchased covers for all three new mattresses. Was reassured the covers would also be delivered. Two had covers and one did not. When I called the store the lady was rude and kept telling me I signed to op out of the warranty. Correct I do not want the warranty but I thought I bought covers and she just kept on about warranty in a very rude voice. I had to keep repeating I didn’t want warranty but I want a cover but she said I signed so I don’t get one?? It was frustrating and in the end I said I guess I’ll just go buy one at Walmart? She did not even mention that I could purchase one from Leon’s which I thought I already had but if it was missed I was more then happy to come in and buy one. 🫤 not after this exchange. Not sure why she was upset with me but I won’t be shopping there again.

  We went into the Brandon store to buy a washer/dryer. Every question we asked the salesman he needed to go check with someone. We had to tell him what was in the flyer. He said he never saw it yet. After we had chosen the set we wanted we asked one more question to which again he had to go check with someone. We waited for him to return but after a while we noticed he was onto helping another customer. Never came back to us. We left and bought the exact set elsewhere. Worst service ever. Don’t recommend this store anymore to anyone. They have the worst customer service in town!!
