  My unit flooded and all our stuff was destroyed. Manager said insurance will cover our loss and someone will call us. Its been weeks and nobody has called us. Very disappointed and not sure why we are not being informed on the status of out insurance claim. Very unprofessional and would not recommend Access storage!!!!!

  Extremely friendly, all the information needed was supplied, no fine print everything was upfront and reasonable. Would highly recommend this company!

  Clean & well maintained- only recommendation is the lot is better cleared from snow. Eden is great to deal with, always friendly and helpful.

  Absolutely seamless experience. I wasn't able to make my appointment and was able to set everything up remotely. Right down to a lock waiting in the unit for me. Everything was explained perfectly and the unit was prestine. Access storage is doing it right, highly recommend!
