  My first time here and Cesar was the best employee here the store us always clean very impressed with the professional level of customer service I’m new in this country and he understand and was very nice and explained the washing process with patience

  Im so glad ceasar is back i came in last night and it was very hectic for him but he was still able to be professional and the fact that i came in again the next day and everything was clean and was way nicer than the girl it shows how nice he is u need more workers like that

  More than half of the free dryers just don't work ... And you don't know that until you put your clothes in so you end up moving your clothes a billion times. Washers are fine, but in my opinion expensive, the 6.99 ones are too small to even do a regular load. And I think paying 1099 to do a load of laundry is crazy. Especially when the dryer is half work. Staff was nice, but not really helpful as they were walking around on the phone while customers were struggling with the dryers. Lol. No shade on them tho.

  Went to this facility today and was amazed at how nice it looked as previous times .The staff was very were absolutely amazing the gentleman cleaning machines was courteous and talked to customers
