It’s just my mom and me at home, and we were struggling with a very heavy item that we simply couldn’t handle on our own. One of the staff members stepped in without hesitation and helped us move it, which made a huge difference for us. That level of care and willingness to help is something you don’t see everywhere. They were patient, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful for their help. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for not just storage, but truly great service!
