This is the first time I made 8 keys plus the free bonus keys and what I believe what happened is when I inserted the key it felt like it was in when it stopped and locked. Apparently it was not completely inserted and none of the keys worked in the lock. I sent Pictures and am waiting to hear. It was 8 specialty keys at $51.00. Due to the amount, the guarantee needs to be reviewed by others. I will go back an re-cut once I hear the final outcome of the guarantee. I hope they do the right thing! Will update everyone once all settled.
