Came in for 12 2x4x12 PT none on the shelf no 16' what was there looked like rocking chair runners. Had to wait until they unloaded a truck then he starts moving things around out side I can see him the whole time been waiting over 40 min still not coming so much for customer service at this Lowes.

Worst purchase experience ever. My project has been on hold for three months (since July) due to repeated failures by this store. The initial fence/railing order arrived incorrectly and had to be returned. The replacement order then arrived, but upon starting the work, I discovered one box was missing an essential bracket. I have been contacting them since July, asking for this single piece of hardware, but to no avail. This one missing part has caused a 3-month delay on an expensive project. There is zero customer accountability or urgency. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a store of this size.
