  I unknowingly locked our staffs keys in our store when closing up last. I called Joseph's Lock & Safe and they had us back open in under an hour. So thankful they are in The Canal District.

  Technician to unlock my tenants bedroom door. Pricing was absolutely ridiculous. It was a five minute job and he charged $250, without even cutting her a new key. He said that he couldn’t cut a key, that it was too complicated, he instead wanted to replace the door knobs. I will definitely not use this company again.

  I stopped by to get a couple of keys made. Excellent service, fast and quality work, no waiting. And half the price of Home Depot!

  Our office front door lock had been on its way out for some time. Well at 8:30am on a Monday morning it jammed up for last time and of course I broke my key off in the lock... We had used these guys once before, more than ten years ago. So I saw online that the shop opened at 9am. I called them at 8:50am and the gentleman answered and said he could get someone out in about 45 minutes. About 30 minutes later Adam arrived. He assessed the damage, we discussed the plan and he efficiently resolved the problem (new lock internals) and cut us new keys on the spot. Adam was personable, professional and efficient. The timely service was much appreciated!!
