Well at 8:30am on a Monday morning it jammed up for last time and of course I broke my key off in the lock... We had used these guys once before, more than ten years ago. So I saw online that the shop opened at 9am. I called them at 8:50am and the gentleman answered and said he could get someone out in about 45 minutes. About 30 minutes later Adam arrived. He assessed the damage, we discussed the plan and he efficiently resolved the problem (new lock internals) and cut us new keys on the spot. Adam was personable, professional and efficient. The timely service was much appreciated!!
