I never write reviews but after the customer service I received from the general manager Shaun (I think that’s how you spell it) I had to take the time and do it. My last 2 storage places were the worst people to deal with so I was hesitant going there but after 30 seconds with Shaun I knew that this was going to be a great experience. He answered all my questions I had which were a lot being I was taking advantage of in my last place. Everything he told me was true. The price was the price. No hidden charges like some other places like to throw in. He had me and my family laughing the entire time and it might be weird to say but it felt like we knew each other for years. Well thank you Shaun and i know this company is in good hands as long as your there. I will recommended to friends and family!!

He always goes the extra mile helping to the best of his abilities in any way that he can. He sees people renting storage units and not the other way around and it makes a big difference..the units themselves are perfect sizes, the elevator and loading docks makes it convenient for small and large sizes. Access outside of business hours is a must for us and has been great and the location just off 290 is perfect.
