I needed to use a laundromat due to repairs at the house and both the washer and dryer aren't operational for now. It was my first time at a laundromat alone and I don't even remember how it works and these 2 ladies were so helpful and willing in showing me everything. I did wash towels and other clothes that still weren't clean and had stains on them. Not sure why hence, giving it a 4 star as I spent at least $90.00. The staff, however, amazing!
