The clothes i sent were the clothes I got back, nothing missing, not even a sock.Your clothes come back clean and smelling fresh. When I did my own laundry, I would roll my sheets into a ball but they fold them so perfectly, it looks like they ironed them. The owners and staff are super friendly and on top of their game. I would highly recommend using their service.
