    I came in the other day to purchase some paint to touch up and there was some problems getting a good match. A very helpful associate named Drew took the time to ensure the color was as close as it could get. When I came home and painted it matched great! I am so relieved and pleased with this experience, and the help I received. Thank you Drew for your kindness.

    Ordered a DEWALT 20V 4-pack battery bundle here on a Black Friday deal for $99. App showed “in progress / preparing order,” for a whole week then the store cancelled it with no attempt to transfer or honor the price. When I asked what would happen if I disputed the order as “not delivered,” the response I got was, “You can, but I’m still going to cancel the order.” That felt very dismissive and unhelpful. What makes this worse is that the exact same item is now listed on Lowes.com for about double the price of my original Black Friday deal. So from my perspective, Lowe’s: – accepted my order at the promo price, – showed it as in progress, and then – cancelled it and continued selling the same item at a much higher price. I won't come back for any holiday promotions in the future. Go with Amazon or HomeDepot.

    Do not buy your appliances at Lowe's in Woburn! If I could leave less than a star, I would. The sales person was fine, but the delivery is terrible and the follow-up I'm in the midst of is ridiculous. First, the gas stove I bought arrived extremely dented, so I didn't accept it. Then, Lowe's re-delivered the next day, but this time without the kit I ordered to get the stove hooked up to the gas line. I already re-arranged the plumber (who has to come twice as it is for this install, before delivery to unhook and after to install). The plumber now has to pick up the gas install kit and bring it. I'm asking Lowe's for a refund on the gas line install kit they didn't deliver and to pay for the difference between their price and what the plumber will charge me. Seems like the least they can do, but thus far, they are unwilling. I'll keep you posted...
