I spoke with Adolfo at one of the Woburn facilities and he was able to work something out that made the monthly rent more affordable. He was so kind and went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable, so as far as I’m concerned, Adolfo, on a scale of 10 was a 15. And honestly, I’ve had similar experiences with everybody at that Woburn location. One name I remember is John, but there are others as well. If you’re thinking about a place to store Your furniture and possessions I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
