  I cannot praise and rave enough about JV Cruz aka Victor. They are so thoughtful, generous and caring about the communities that they put a post on FB before the monstor storm of the century in January, offering free shovels to anyone was in need. They are not asking for payments but just simply want to help whomever are in need. They are not kidding. They have come to pur house few times before and after storms since January. They pretreat my stairs and driveway them come back to plow and shovel my 6-care driveway. I do not have a man in the house, but with an elderly mom and 2 young kids. I have severe arthritis all over my body. Victor and his crew are so professional and friendly, most importantly, they are so efficient. They come and get everything done perfectly in no time. They are gone before I even noticed anything. They are also very humble. I would not recommend amyone but Arrow Property, Victor and his crew. I want to point out one extraordinary outstanding contribution about this crew, they went out of their way to come rescue me from the storm and well as my elderly neighbors next door. My elderly neighbors and I both have no help and these gentlemen have become our lifesavers of the year. Thank you so so much for everything gentlemen. Please be safe out there. God bless you all. 🙏🏻

  Excellent work from a very professional team. I am very pleased with the outcome. My roof is a unique with vintage clay tiles. It looks like new! Soft wash was exactly what I needed without disturbing the tiles.
