- DMDenise- MarieJan 12, 20261.0Pros: they take last minute emergency jobs. They have products that were great for areas actually treated. But. . . Cons: They arrived over an hour late. They Did not pass the baking soda test. Small amounts placed to see if they did everything they said they would. Especially since they went by square footage and didn't even do under beds that moved electronically so they could. The one chair specifically asked to be moved they didn't do behind it or underneath it. Not good for seniors or anyone who can't push to have the whole job done either because you're not home or you're busy. They did not go under any furniture and the one chair they were asked to move they didn't. They're absolutely the worst carpet company I've ever worked with. As far as getting a complete job at a fair price. Would not recommend.
