    Got my oil filter just as they were closing… I think a manager helped me even find it 5 min past close! They were great! I would absolutely come here again!

    Ordered a Toro electric snowblower and paid for delivery set up. Delivery was constantly delayed. When they set it up they never showed us how to turn it on, went to try it out that day and it will not turn on. It constantly beeps but does not turn on. So I called the store here and both representatives were very rude and not helpful. They will not diagnose the issue or help. It is only one week old. For $1349.00 and delayed deliveries I am shocked they won't help, they delivered a non working snowblower and were very rude and dismissive. Will no longer order from Lowes

    I own a construction company, and unfortunately, I made a $48 purchase of windows and doors from Lowe's. They promised delivery in 4 weeks, but they delivered 7 months late, and the order was incomplete, missing parts of the door panels, locks, and screens. The order was for black windows, but they delivered two white windows. They delivered them in January, in the middle of winter, while I was recovering from cancer surgery. I couldn't check the order when they delivered it to my basement. When I finally checked, I contacted Lowe's staff and even spoke to the manager. Unfortunately, three years have passed, and I'm still trying to resolve this situation. The general manager keeps saying he'll resolve it, but he never does. He blames the supplier and says he's working on it, but nothing ever gets resolved. I would like to know how I can resolve this. I can't afford to be at a loss, especially while I'm undergoing cancer treatment, and this stress is making things worse. Do not buy windows and doors from Lowe's in Weymouth; the customer service is good, and they make many promises, but your order never arrives, and when it does, it's incomplete and missing parts.
