    I own a construction company, and unfortunately, I made a $48 purchase of windows and doors from Lowe's. They promised delivery in 4 weeks, but they delivered 7 months late, and the order was incomplete, missing parts of the door panels, locks, and screens. The order was for black windows, but they delivered two white windows. They delivered them in January, in the middle of winter, while I was recovering from cancer surgery. I couldn't check the order when they delivered it to my basement. When I finally checked, I contacted Lowe's staff and even spoke to the manager. Unfortunately, three years have passed, and I'm still trying to resolve this situation. The general manager keeps saying he'll resolve it, but he never does. He blames the supplier and says he's working on it, but nothing ever gets resolved. I would like to know how I can resolve this. I can't afford to be at a loss, especially while I'm undergoing cancer treatment, and this stress is making things worse. Do not buy windows and doors from Lowe's in Weymouth; the customer service is good, and they make many promises, but your order never arrives, and when it does, it's incomplete and missing parts.

    Again i hate to go to the big store vs the little local shops but they wrapped the tree and the three local stores all said they stopped wrapping Christmas trees 🌲.

    I recently went to Lowe’s to buy Christmas decorations, and unfortunately I had a very bad experience. The female attendant who was working in the Christmas section treated me very poorly. She was extremely aggressive in the way she spoke and handled the service, making the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I truly hope Lowe’s takes action, because customers should never be treated this ...
