She helped me find the best price and storage space size when I got there she helped give me directions to find my spot at different times. She helped me get access when I couldn’t figure out how to use the app to get the access code and then she showed me where to find the code on the app. She facilitated when price changes came and she facilitated with customer service explaining the process of the storage unit and she assisted on move out day to make sure that that process went as soon as smoothly as possible.
