I have never experienced such a nonsense from an establishment. They respond to my review saying I can call the number and discuss the issue. I called the number and there is no way you can talk to a live person. If you are not ready to address your customers concerns then why even send them a phone number that does not work, probably just to harass your customer even more. What a complete BS the whole process is. I am a pro customer with Lowe’s Westborough and working with Lenny and Corey in the pro department. Between December 2025 and today I have spent more than $18000 with them. If possible I would leave a 0 star. I bought a new GE electric cook top from Lowes, ordered on 01.06.26 and was installed delivered on 01.08.26 and installed on 01.11.26. It stopped working on 01.31.26. Called GE and they said they were assigning the job to EZ Living Corporation to come and fix the same. They went back and forth by text but no one came to look at it. Today I.e on 12th I called GE and they said that EZ Living Corporations will no longer do the job and they will be sending there own technician on 02.27.26 between 12 to 5 pm. SO BASICALLY MY FAMILY HAS TO LIVE WITHOUT FOOD FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH. They said if I want to get the item replaced then contact Lowe’s. When I contact Lowe’s then they say we will try to expedite the service call but will not replace the item. The item only costs $534.00. As a loyal customer Lowes should have either refunded the price or provided replacement immediately, but no they refuse to take care of their customer. By spending money with GE appliances and Lowe’s my family is stuck with NO FOOD FOR A MONTH. It’s a shame on GE and Lowes, they are not getting any of my business any further. I would also mention that Jamie the 3rd guy working in Pro refused to help me in the absence of Lenny and Corey just because I don’t do business with him. He should understand that I am Lowe’s customer and not a personal customer of Lenny and Corey. My complaint is not against Lenny or Corey but it is against Lowe’s

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
