I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Raymour & Flanigan. My delivery was scheduled for today, yet I never received the expected confirmation call the night before. I took the day off from work to be available, only to spend over three hours calling for an update. Eventually, I was informed that the delivery would not occur as scheduled and that I would have to wait an additional five days.
This experience reflects a serious lack of communication, organization, and respect for customers’ time. I trusted Raymour & Flanigan to deliver both quality products and dependable service, and this situation has been deeply frustrating. I hope management addresses these ongoing scheduling and communication issues so that future customers do not face the same inconvenience.

First and last time buying from R&F. Aixa was lovely to work with in the showroom, she gets five stars. Two stars overall because I really do like the couch we bought. But the rest of the process has been trash, we didn't even get our whole order delivered. The driver told me one half of the order had been lost that morning but he knew nothing else about it. No word from the company about this development, no idea what became of the other furniture we ordered or the money we paid for it. Terrible customer service, not sure how this place is even still in business.

Our experience buying furniture here was great, until we actually had the furniture delivered. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare and I will never ever buy anything here again. Half of the delivery was missing. No one could tell us why. The store never called to notify us or ask if we were happy with the delivery. I have now called a total of 4 times to try to get a refund for the missing furniture. And still no refund. I am so so irritated!

Do not purchase furniture from Raymour & Flanigan unless you are OK with it breaking in less than 2 years. My husband and I purchased a couch and a platinum protection plan from this location less than 2 years ago. The entire back of the couch has given out, despite me being the only person who regularly uses it. We have submitted an online request for service, called, and emailed and haven't received a response or follow-up from anyone. There are many furniture stores in the area with better quality furniture and better service.
