They first called to delay it to Dec. 19, then pushed it to December 22. Nearly a month later, I still don't have my sofa, and I'm unsure if they'll even honor the latest date. When I explained that I've been sitting on a camping chair for weeks with no proper seating, the representative just said "OK"... no apology, no empathy, nothing. This level of service is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Stay away unless you're prepared to wait months for your furniture. Update: New, earliest delivery date is 12/27..

I hate spending time making decisions and Denise was so helpful making the entire process quick and painless. Based on the bed frame we already had she knew exactly which nightstands would work and she then helped us pick a mattress within a few tries by adjusting firmness and staying within our budget. The store is very open and bright. The mattress got delivered the next day on a Sunday. Fantastic.
