He spent hours with us and even opened boxes, took parts out and inspected them with us, and made sure we found the best quality out of all of the options we had. We had to get a vanity THAT night in order to keep our project timeline on track for the next day, and he made sure we got what we needed and were happy with our purchase. - GFGreg forgDec 21, 20251.0I bought a mower and did not open it for 31 days due to a extended vacation. When I opened the box there was a defect in the protective shield. The mower was brand new ! I returned to the store and asked if I could swap it out for a new one. I was told that the store policy for mowers was 30 days. I spoke to several people from sales to assistant manager to manager. They were all very dismissive and kept repeating the 30 day policy. I had to have the part installed at a Toro dealer costing me $86. I live in Easton and have been using Lowes in West Bridgewater since it originally opened. I TORE UP MY LOWES CARD AND WILL NEVER VISIT LOWES AGAIN.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
