I bought a mower and did not open it for 31 days due to a extended vacation. When I opened the box there was a defect in the protective shield. The mower was brand new ! I returned to the store and asked if I could swap it out for a new one. I was told that the store policy for mowers was 30 days. I spoke to several people from sales to assistant manager to manager. They were all very dismissive and kept repeating the 30 day policy. I had to have the part installed at a Toro dealer costing me $86.
I live in Easton and have been using Lowes in West Bridgewater since it originally opened. I TORE UP MY LOWES CARD AND WILL NEVER VISIT LOWES AGAIN.
