Toni at the Custom Shop was great. She was very helpful and knows her stuff. Our replacement cushions for our couches were perfect. She steered me to the right firmness of the foam insert for the cushions. Service was excellent and they came back a week earlier than expected.

The Custom Shop did a fabulous job on a project that was special for my family.
Toni was able to take the cover of our sweet Baxter's dog bed and turn it into pillows that will forever be a reminder of this gentle 15 year old Lab that was such a valued member of our family.
I will forever be grateful to them for giving us this lasting memory.

We have had a great experience with Toni Shapiro and her team at the Custom Shop. I found them through a Google search and was fascinated by the story of her family's history in the reupholstering business.This is a great family-owned business to work with.
My wife and I are working on a major renovation of our living room. I walked into the Custom Shop unannounced and started a conversation with Toni. I shared photos of the color schemes, the rug, art on the walls, furniture on order, etc. I also shared photos of four sets of chairs and one sofa that needed to be reupholstered. It is very good furniture that had not been reupholstered in 25 years.
Toni immediately understood what we were trying to do and we talked for more than an hour. She gave me an initial quote for the entire project. I came back a few days later and her "fabric ladies" team had put together fabric suggestions for each of the sets of chairs and the sofa. They did a great job in picking out the right fabrics.
I brought fabric samples home and my wife and I made all final decisions within 24 hours. We made a couple of changes to the suggestions and I went back to the Custom Shop where we finalized all fabric selections. Toni produced a final quote. The entire process took less than one week.
The fabric has been ordered and the furniture was picked up from our house earlier this week. I can't believe that the entire process was this simple and how much help was provided by Toni and her crew. I thought that it would take months for us to figure all of this out. In many ways, this is much simpler than dealing with an interior designer because Toni and her crew are the interior designers.
We can't wait to see the reupholstered furniture in our new living room and we will send pictures of the finished product. A big thank you to Toni and her team at the Custom Shop. This is a great local business.

The Custom Shop is great. They made me a slipcover that is perfect. I mean perfect! The fit is as tight as I had hoped, like the original from Pottery Barn. I could not be happier. The stitcher was extremely good at her craft. Flawless.
From the day I emailed for an estimate, through going to the store to look at fabrics, and then getting the final product —everything was "seamless."
Toni is terrific. It is a well run shop. Go.
