Well, they were wrong! Arman was very responsive to my inquiry, made an initial assessment of the damage via a photo, provided me an estimate, and then scheduled an appointment later in the week. He arrived on time and spent a few hours fixing the damage and touching up other areas. The end result was excellent and I could not be happier with his work.
