    April 8, 2026 Lowe's Companies, Inc. 1000 Lowe's Blvd. Mooresville NC 28117 In-Store Location Lowe’s Home Improvement Wareham Crossing 2421 Cranberry Hwy #100 Wareham, MA 02571 To Whom It May Concern: I want to share with you my in-store experience at your Wareham, Massachusetts Lowe’s location. On Monday, April 06, 2026 my boss and I visited Wareham Lowe’s. The reason for our visit was that my boss was informed by an employee that the over-stocked vanities would be marked down. She needed one for her upstairs bathroom. All the nearby employees were busy with other customers so I offered to go up to the service desk and ask for a manager as my boss was highly interested in the vanity in the middle aisle in the plumbing department. I walked up to the customer service desk and asked the employee behind the register if I could speak with a manager. Assistant manager Amy K. came out and greeted me with a smile. I advised her of our visit and what we were looking for. Amy miraculously happened to have the list of markdown over-stocked vanities in her hand. We walked over to my boss and the discussion began about what vanity to choose. Amy gave my boss the best price available for what my boss was looking for. Needless to say my boss was extremely happy with her purchase. Amy’s knowledge and wisdom about the subject is amazing and impeccable. Amy made us feel comfortable and welcomed like we were part of the Lowe’s family. We find that Amy is an extremely knowledgeable about her job. We feel that Amy is sincere, honest and truthful and we love that quality about people. We find that she’s highly experienced, knowledgeable and has expertise with Lowe’s products and that is invaluable. Not only is Amy invaluable, but she’s extremely helpful, genuine, friendly, courteous and professional. Nowadays, a lot of businesses are having a difficult time finding help, especially good quality professional help. I personally find that employees like Amy that work at the Wareham Lowe’s are a rare find. I've been in customer service for over 35 years so I have enough experience to acknowledge when employees go exceedingly above and beyond to make their customers happy and Amy did just that. Amy carries a positive and upbeat attitude and a warm and inviting smile upon her face while engaging with us. Employees like Amy make our shopping experience and day all that much better and brighter. Thank you Amy for giving my boss and I one of the best experiences that customer service has to offer. Sincerely a very happy Lowe’s customer.

    I can’t believe this experience. I ordered an electric chainsaw online and waited three days for delivery, only for it to arrive in clearly used condition. The box had obviously been opened, returned, and poorly re-taped—yet it was sent out to me as “new.” When I contacted customer support, the situation got even worse. I was told they couldn’t help with a replacement because it was “not a Lowe’s-delivered item”—even though I purchased it through them and it was shipped to me. That explanation makes no sense. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was the product condition disappointing, but the lack of accountability and customer service was even worse. Be cautious when ordering from Lowe’s online. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend double-checking who is fulfilling your order—or shopping elsewhere.

    Happy Easter! Lowes knows but they're not telling anyone...not even the workers! April 4... I was checking out with a Charbroil gas grill that was tagged in the store for $179.00. A question came up at the register in regards to price. The associate said that the price expired 4 days ago and ripped the tag off the display!! End of discussion. I walked out of the store empty handed??

    This Lowes is very well kept. Organized and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Probably the best experience in the area for this type of store.
