  Yehiah made the whole experience smooth from start to finish—super helpful and easy to work with. The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained, which gave me a lot of confidence storing my things here. I haven’t had a single issue so far and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage.

  I don’t usually write online reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. I’ve rented a unit at the 171 Bear Hill Road location for several years, and the facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. What truly sets it apart, however, is the manager—Yehiah. It’s rare to come across someone with such a high level of emotional intelligence and strong business judgment in customer service. Every interaction feels thoughtful, calm, and genuinely helpful—even in situations that could easily become stressful. During a recent visit, I saw this firsthand. While waiting in the office, there were two customers ahead of me. One was heading out with a small bag of trash, and Yehiah immediately offered to take it so they wouldn’t have to drive off with it. It’s a small gesture, but it speaks volumes. The other customer was clearly stressed, and Yehiah took extra time to walk them through their options, helping them plan ahead and ensuring they left feeling relieved rather than frustrated. When it was my turn, my own concerns were handled with the same care and attention. I’ve also interacted with other team members—Mark, Taylor, and Larry (who was filling in from another location)—and they were all helpful and professional. That said, Yehiah sets a particularly high bar. There’s a level of care and awareness here that’s hard to teach—you either have it or you don’t—and Yehiah clearly has it. If emotional intelligence and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset were superpowers, this would be their headquarters. As the saying goes, people may forget what you said or did, but they never forget how you made them feel—and in this case, I won’t forget either. Five stars are often handed out too easily, which can blur the line between good and truly exceptional. If I could, I’d add an extra one here—because this level of service is rare. I’m grateful to rent at this location and glad to recognize someone who makes such a consistent difference. Thank you to Extra Space Storage for having such a standout manager, and thank you, Yehiah, for making every customer feel welcome. I confidently recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage—you’re not just getting a unit, you’re getting peace of mind.

  I finally had to sit down and leave a review for this place. The manager, Yehiah, is incredibly dedicated—he even emailed me today on his day off just to apologize for not being able to connect during our setup time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his position and the people using the facility. On top of the great service, the building is immaculate and clearly well-run. If you’re looking for storage in Waltham, this is the spot. Highly recommend.
