  Chris is so welcoming and helpful - his dog is such a sweetie too! They don’t try to sell you more products than you need, which is appreciated compared to some other pool stores in the area

  My go to place for testing and chemicals. The crew here is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They give great advice and most importantly, don’t over sell you what you don’t need.

  North Shore Pool and Spa has really saved me this dummer. This is our first year with a new home and we have a pool. As a former life guard, I thought I had a leg up with some of the pool maintenance. But it’s a lot more involved than what I did growing up as a life guard. The owner has been very kind in explaining any issues to me in basic terms, his son Dan was really willing to explain things to me when he opened the pool, JT is always so friendly and willing to help me carry things to my car (he even welcomed me and assisted me when I pulled into the parking lot one time, etc. I wish I knew everyone’s names because there is another young guy who has been very helpful to me and brings my things to my car for me, as did the very helpful woman with the short blond hair. The whole group has been very kind, friendly and helpful to me in what has been a bit of a daunting process. It’s nice to go into a business and they remember you and what’s going on with your pool. You only get that personal touch at a small local business. Thank you everyone at North Shore Pool and Spa!!
