I called the ESS facility where I wished to lease storage space and the person in charge of that facility, Christina, answered my call. (This was much better than speaking with someone located elsewhere.) Christina was very knowledgeable and friendly. She outlined my lease options in a very professional manner — without any hype. She described how I would be interacting with both the larger facility and the specific unit I would be renting. Christina did her best in accommodating to my time constraints. Once we had come to an agreement on the terms, Christina efficiently processed my application. I uploaded the ESS app and was ready to go! I was very satisfied with services provided by Christina.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great for shorter term storage but the prices do go up (as with any storage space). Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for storage!

For just $59, I got a large storage unit with plenty of room for all my belongings, and I still have extra space left. I really like it and highly recommend it if you need storage near Wakefield. It’s clean, spacious, and has a great staff member working there. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of storage. It’s not small; it’s a big space with good structure, convenient parking, and it’s open every day. I’m really happy and hope to use it for as long as I need.
