  I have been using this service for decades. I have never been disappointed. I had them service two locations at one point in time when I owned a Summer home in Templeton. When they do a job it is well done and is not necessarily something that needs to be repeated on a monthly basis. They do not manufacture or project out the possibility of a problem in order to sell you something. They are not trying to sell you something that you don’t need.

  The owner Kim is SUPER friendly, professional and more importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE in her field. She was extremely reassuring to speak with and very promptly (literally next day) had one of her techs, a man named Paul come to our house for a fly issue. This man knows his stuff! No two ways about it. Very professional and a joy to speak with. This company is a rarity in this day and age. Friendly, professional, timely and fair priced service that's PAR NONE. If you're being bugged, pun intended, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!! Thank you Kim and Paul!

  I had them come out for an ant problem. They came out same day I called and fixed the problem immediately. Great service, great price, would recommend to anyone.

  They have sprayedSome buildings at Pine Ridge Estates for cockroaches. This will be3:times in a months period. Still not gone. Building 1 has had ongoing problem since Jan of 2016.They have sprayed over 7 times in one year. Cannot get it right They have no clue how to rid them if they keep coming back. Discusting things.Get it done right. I would only use Terminex if I was a landlord.
