Nick asked all the right questions to help determine the right size unit and shared some information about the process that put my mind at ease. He was knowledgeable about my options, pricing and insurance coverage. And he had a great sense of humor. That was about three months ago. I went into today to close out my agreement, he was still warm, funny and knowledgeable. The facility is fully automated, indoor drive through, lots of cameras, and electronic gates so I knew my possessions were safe. Nick the manager was super helpful from the day I rented till the day I moved on. He's always there, he keeps everything tidy, responds to calls, and texts pretty quickly, and is prepared to answer any questions. Thank you for a great experience Nick and Happy Holidays :)

Can't say enough about how helpful Nick and Bill are at the Sudbury facility office. Personable, always ready to go the extra mile and ready to answer questions or help in any way. The facility is unbelievably nice. Easy access from the gate to the huge indoor loading/unloading area with automatic gate and garage door. Amazingly clean, well lit and plenty of dolly's always on hand. I've had a lot of storage spaces over the years and Extra Space is head and shoulders above the rest.
