Nick asked all the right questions to help determine the right size unit and shared some information about the process that put my mind at ease. He was knowledgeable about my options, pricing and insurance coverage. And he had a great sense of humor. The facility was clean, well lit and didn't feel creepy. That was about three months ago. I went into today to close out my agreement, he was still warm, funny and knowledgeable. He invited me to remember that ESS is a great storage solution and even pointed out some others in the area if needed. Thanks for your help, Nick! - JLTC!
