I have a unit on a second floor and when temperature outside was 100F, temp inside grew to 88F. When I made a complaint to the manager at my location, she told me that it's hot outside and they cannot do anything about it and it's an extreme weather. Well, in Massachusetts temperatures above 100F aren't nothing extraordinary lately and this summer we had many, many days like that. I would move somewhere else, but Extra Space Storage bought out all small independent storage places in my neighborhood. Stay away if you can.

She was able to answer my questions and helped me in choosing the best storage unit and payment plan. We completed the transaction and I moved my “stuff” into a very clean storage space. I’m very pleased that I chose this location and that I was guided by Jerusa’s help.

The facility has always been clean, as well as provided easy access, good security via multiple cameras throughout, and ample pull carts near the back entrance. ExtraSpace did a good job at keeping the “mom and pop” feel after taking over from Ashmont, such as working with customers and allowing mid month transfers to take place when a different size unit was needed and / or desired. Jerusa, the site manager, was extremely helpful and gracious as I vacated my unit. Thank you to everyone who made my experience - as a tenant - a good one.
