  I had such a wonderful experience with Jenner at the storage facility. I came in feeling really overwhelmed and sad because of everything going on in my life right now, but she treated me with so much kindness and compassion. I shared a little about why I needed the unit, and she made me feel completely comfortable and supported. Her warmth truly meant a lot to me. I walked in heavy, and I left feeling lighter. She even gave me a hug, and that small act of care made a big difference during a hard time. Thank you, Jenner, for your professionalism and your heart. It meant more than you know.

  Storage Solutions Sterling is the most accommodating facility going. Shannon and team go above and beyond, top notch customer service is so rare to find these days. That along side competitive rates, clean facilities and friendly environment. There’s no better option in the area or else where.
